DanceMob at Sadler’s Wells Summer School

On 29 July, a team of DanceMob teachers were invited to visit the Sadler’s Wells Associate Companies Summer School to teach DanceMob to their students. During this summer course young people get to work with Jonzi-D Productions, Random Dance and Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures. All 45 young people took part in a workshop to learn Dance Mob and will be performing it at the end of course show.

Seated and Standing Routines

As part of Southbank Centre’s commitment to accessibility, when we asked DanceMob choreographer Kate Prince to produce the routine for DanceMob we commissioned not one but two versions, a standing routine and a seated routine.

Bollywood Dance Workshop

Throughout July and August Southbank Centre will be running a series of Dance workshops in the Clore Ballroom inside the Royal Festival Hall. From Bollywood to Hip-Hop it’s your chance to get a taste of a whole range of dance styles and learn some new moves.

No previous experience is necessary and there’s no need to book in advance.

Each workshop will by followed with a short session in which you’ll get the chance to learn the routine for DanceMob ready for Sunday 30th August.
